Return or exchange

For goods purchased directly from ALLTOKEE, ALLTOKEE provides a 30 days return policy. We believe that you will like your otoqi charging equipment. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please inform us within 30 days. After receiving the product, we will refund the full purchase price. To return goods, please contact us by phone or email during normal working hours. You can choose to have a full refund or replace it with a warranty issue. Maintenance service

Retail partner purchase
